Hello Friends!

Nope....I did NOT ride RAGBRAI this year. Despite our efforts to "form a team" we could only get 5 riders, including me, and that was not enough to split the cost of the RV and split the driving...so we cancelled our group. However, I have ridden hundreds of miles and will be doing "The Denver Century" ride with my friend Jim Goddard. This summer, while HOT, has afforded plenty of riding opportunities, including the metric century "Ride for Sight" in Cheyenne, Wyoming. 

OK, now for the ask. The Samaritan House is a homeless shelter for ANYBODY in need. While it is under the auspices of Catholic Charities, you need no religious affiliation to receive their services. The questions they ask upon admission are such as....are you hungry? Are you feeling OK? Are you cold? 

I know some of you are hesitant to donate as you fear being bombarded in the future for more donations. Just mark as single donation and not to be contacted. 

Homelessness has truly become a huge issue, and is probably going to get worse. ANY size donation is a HUGE help for a great cause, so please support my effort to help those in need. Every mile I ride, helps make a difference.
