Hello, the purpose of this page is to raise money for the homeless shelter services run by Catholic Charities of Denver. As more and more people lose their jobs, it is expected that homelessness will increase in Colorado. Catholic Charities runs shelters in Denver, Fort Collins, and Greeley designed to support families, single men and women, veterans, and seniors. 

I'm fundraising as part of Team Samaritan House, a cycling club in its 10th year that exists to help alleviate homelessness. It goes without saying that this year is quite different. Normally, team members raise money in anticipation of Ride the Rockies, a 400ish-mile cycling event through the mountains that takes place over one week in June. I don't know if Ride the Rockies will happen this year, but we are continuing to fundraise regardless, as we know that individuals and families experiencing homelessness need help.

I am aware that my profile photo is upside-down. I've tried uploading a variety of images flipped in every direction, saved under different file formats, using multiple web browsers, but...FAIL. I would like to take this rare opportunity to blame said technical failure on the virus that is currently plowing its way through my body (and my laptop???). See, I'm fatigued! Coronavirus broke my brain! Make me feel a little better and donate! No donation is too small! Now...go wash your hands :)
