Welcome to My Personal Page - Nora Sirles

I ride for Samaritan House Women's Shelter, along with about 80 riders, on Team Samaritan House (TSH). Samaritan House provides shelter nightly for 150 homeless women in our community. Every evening a bus picks up and transports the women from downtown Denver to the shelter. There they are offered a safe bed and a roof over their head for the night. This winter with all the cold weather my heart aches for those women who missed their seat on the bus. I am fortunate to take on this challenge for a second year and be part of this amazing event - Ride The Rockies (RTR). This year the ride consists of 6 days, 445 miles with 28,230 feet of climbing in the scenic Colorado Rocky Mountains.
I'd be so grateful for any donation you may be able to contribute for the women at the Samaritan House Shelter. The team goal is that each member raises at least $1,500.00. It is good to know that 87-cents of each dollar raised goes to the Samaritan House. We would very much appreciate prayer for all the team cyclists as we train for the 2019 RTR. I am pleased to ride with Team Samaritan House again and be part of their 9th annual event; all the while, being devoted to helping Denver’s homeless women.
Respectfully Yours,
Nora
